A Bit About Me
A lifelong outdoorsman, conservationist, and proud Kansan. What started as a passion for waterfowl hunting and filming hunts with my buddies has grown into a full-time journey sharing the lifestyle I love. Through my YouTube channel, Bobby Guy Films, I bring viewers along for every early morning in the blind, every dog retrieve, and every laugh shared in the field.
From duck hunts on the Central Flyway to upland game, deer, and everything in between, my goal is to show the real side of hunting — the tradition, the preparation, and the respect for the land and wildlife that make it all possible.
When I’m not behind the camera or calling in birds, you’ll find me with family and friends somewhere outdoors — always chasing the next adventure here in central Kansas.

My first YouTube video wasn’t fancy — just a couple of buddies, a GoPro, and a cold Kansas morning in the duck blind. I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to capture the feeling of a real hunt — the laughs, the dogs, the calling, and the chaos when the birds started working.
DUX was born out of a simple idea — to build a brand that represents the hunting lifestyle we live every day. What started as a small vision among friends quickly grew into a community of outdoorsmen and women who share the same passion for waterfowl, conservation, and the grind that comes with every season. DUX isn’t just a brand — it’s a way of life built by hunters, for hunters.
Hitting 100,000 subscribers was a moment I’ll never forget. What started as a few hunts filmed with friends in central Kansas had grown into a community of hunters from all over the country. That silver play button wasn’t just a YouTube award — it was a reminder of every early morning, every long edit, and every person who believed in what we’re building. The support from this community keeps me pushing to make every video better than the last.
I took another step in turning passion into purpose by opening Sandhill Flyway, a hunting lodge built for those who live for the hunt. Located right in the heart of the Central Flyway, the lodge was created to give hunters the same unforgettable experiences I grew up chasing — big skies, working birds, good dogs, and better company. What started as a dream turned into a place where memories are made every season.
